Monday's Music Moves Me

In the spirit of Monday's Music Moves Me, I was making the music all day.  I poured my heart out on the paper with my "Almighty Pen" and then I picked up my guitar and cranked it up to 10 (mine doesn't go to 11, and that wouldn't rhyme, anyway)  I wound up with a song about the country I love - the land beneath my feet, and the Lord above!  It's called "I'm An American", and you can hear just what I mean at this link:

    I'm an American is totally unique, and different! Love it! I've never been a big Dead fan, but this one isn't bad. Totally rocks! The last one all I can bwahahahahahahahaha!!! CONGRATS ON BEING OUR SPOTLIGHT DANCER! YOU ROCK!

    Gr8 job on your newest song, I'm an American!
    I'm with Marie, I'm not a Grateful Dead fan. But, when I listened to Not Fade Away, I was thinking this sure sounds familiar. so I asked my ole bud Google and found out Buddy Holly did this song. I think some other artists may have, too. I thought that was interesting. Of course, I am very familiar with your second musical pick I'd Love to Change the World. That one totally rocks! Congrats on being this week's Spotlight Dancer! Have a tunetastic week!
