I follow you, follow me! Now let's ROCK!
This being a freebie week, I decided to burn down the city - with ROCK & ROLL! Buck Dharma became one of my first guitar heroes and B.O.C. became one of my favoritest bands when I first heard this song. It has to be one of the finest orchestrated once-in-a-lifetime guitar parts I've ever heard.
I'm old school, so no fancy music video - just the raw studio cut in all it's analog splendor!

As long as I'm on memory lane with my favorite tunes and artists, I can't forget to mention Joe. Joe taught me many of the songs and riffs I know. He's an icon of rock with a personal perspective I can truly appreciate. Maybe you like some classic Joe Walsh, too. If so.....
HAVE A GREAT DAY AND THANKS FOR STOPPING BY!
Oldies but real goodies! YOU SO ROCK! And you know Joe Walsh is always a favorite of mine, and what a fantastic entertainer he is too! So funny and so talented! Woo Hoo!
ReplyDeleteGreat choices I enjoyed them
ReplyDeleteHave a rocktastic week ahead ;-)
I have heard of Blue Oyster Cult, but I don't know if I have ever listened to their music until now. I'm sure I have heard music with Joe Walsh before, but nothing comes to mind. You brought some classic rock n' roll to the dance floor this morning! Have a songtastic day...
ReplyDeleteGreat tunes and Classic Rock is my favourite genre. Have a good week! :)
ReplyDeleteGreat classics. Happy Monday!

ReplyDeleteLove these songs, but they're all new to me. Joe Walsh is really a nice bluesy guitar player...like you. Have a fabulous week and keep rockin'.

Nothing better than classic rock!
ReplyDeleteDefinitely two very great classics you've chosen this week!
ReplyDeleteWhile I'm not much of a classic rock person myself, I do appreciate it's greatness :)
